Amplifier
Amplify is committed to an environment that fosters relationships which simulate an extension of the family. We employ “Amplifiers” who are relationship-invested, loving, and full of life. Amplifiers must be able to facilitate an ever-changing and child-directed classroom that is learning-filled, fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate. The teachers are co-learners and must be able to promote this shared classroom with children. Amplifiers will be offered a Health Insurance Plan, Retirement Plan, Paid Holidays, Paid Training, Pre-Tax Benefits, and a Paid Day Off for their Birthday! Teachers are responsible for complying with all WV State Licensing Regulations and Amplify’s policies and procedures.
